DESCRIPTION OF THE EXCURSIONS:

ON THE PROPERTY:
Through the sugar cane, pineapple and bananas fields, along a river in the shade of the indigenous forest, above a ford where the horses will be refreshed, so many marvellous places to be discovered.

COLOURED EARTH:
In the region, the Chamarel Waterfall and the Coloured Earths are places we highly recommend you to visit .A great treat to do by foot or on horse back.

BLACK RIVER PEAK:
Along a path in the indigenous forest up to the top of the highest mountain of Mauritius, where you will discover a 360 degrees panoramic view of the central plateau, the indigenous forest of the natural reserve, the lakes and the lagoons of the west and south coast.

BLACK RIVER GORGES:
A superb walk in the National park of 6700HA. This indigenous forest is the habitat of deers, monkeys, wild boars and of more than nine species of endemic birds.
